helping indigenous artists gain fair prices
for their works, to allow them to survive on their talent.
To ensure that what you purchase is truly
representative of indigenous Taiwan,
Tribe-Asia is focused on providing handmade
or mostly handmade products, each lovingly and
individually crafted. In addition, the dedicated
Tribe-Asia team travels to indigenous villages to
meet with the artists to record their culture and
to pass on the meanings behind their works.

artist introductions. A separate section has
been set aside for articles on
Taiwan's indigenous peoples, their villages,
